Senior Java Professionals

Location : San Mateo, CA

Looking for Senior Java Professionals who have

a.    Strong Programming background and analytical skills

b.    9-12 yrs of experience range is ideal as we only looking for senior folks

c.    Core Java Coding experience is a must (collections, generics, thread, other OOPS principle)

d.    Need to have strong DB / SQL working experience (some basic questions with one SQL base scenario)

e.    Analyze the requirements and can independently lead the effort of deciphering the complex requirements by discussing with Business Analysts and all stakeholders as needed

f.     Experience in preparing the design documents so that team can understand the requirements and implement

g.    Hands on experience in working with Web Technologies (Servlets, Web services, XML, XML Parsing)

h.    Have a prior experience in leading an off-shore or co-located team

i.      Strong Written and Verbal Communication is a must

j.     Hands on experience working in Unix/ Linux environment, Ant Build Management will be an added advantage

k.    A prior experience in mortgage domain would give a definite advantage.

l.      Scripting knowledge – JavaScript or equivalent is good to have

m.  Can work as an Independent Contributor or as a team player; may also have to be client facing if required.
