Job Description
Primary responsibilities: Recruiting/Employee data; employee file maintenance, organize background checks, drug screens, finger printing, new hire/transfer paperwork; termination/exit packages, manage adminstration of exit process; provide Reception backup, invoice process/tracking.
BA/BS or equivalent preferred but not required
1-3 years of experience as assistant or administrator in a bank***
Strong Microsoft Suite skills
Familiarity with HRIS system preferred
