Acct Exec - BI Software - Northeast - 751860

Our client is a growing specialized technology company continues to expand with new service offerings tailored to telecommunications, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and hospitality clients. This is an opportunity for a sales hunter to leverage proven product and professional services teams, a robust sales culture and a global results-oriented workforce. If you enjoy selling business software solutions like advanced business intelligence (BI), collaboration and custom application development to high-profile clients this could be the position for you!  The role is a Regional Sales Manager/Executive reporting into the Vice President and is an individual contributor role. We are looking for a sales performer with a track record of proven success to support our aggressive client acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

*  Responsible for the entire sales cycle, including lead generation and management, qualification and revenue generation through a mix of prospecting and networking activities
*  Fundamentally responsible for identifying and qualifying leads through email and phone
*  Determining the business qualification, budget, authority, need, time-frame (BANT) criteria
*  Develop and work quality leads to establish relationships with decision makers and win new business
*  Manage and maintain your sales pipeline and target key accounts and vertical markets for development
*  Ensure effective use of a customer relationship management (CRM) system
*  Perform cold calls in line with Sandler’s Methodology and utilize email campaigns to present and promote products to technology professionals
*  Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and other established objectives
*  Provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
*  Perform high-level direct enterprise sales activities including on-site meetings, live and virtual presentations, and customer relationship management.
*  Review opportunities through forecasts and determine next steps
*  Uncover potential roadblocks to manage and grow sales effectively
*  Consistently achieve and/or exceed your assigned quotas and revenue objectives
*  Stay abreast of competitive industry and market intelligence and provide feedback in these areas to executive management
*  Independently manage the sales pipeline from qualifying to giving your own demos to closing including working with client procurement.


*  5-7 years of experience directly relating to this job with at least 2 years in a closing role
*  Bachelor’s degree, with preference in Computer Engineering, Business Administration in Marketing, Information Technology or related field or foreign equivalent
*  Experience meeting new business quotas greater than 1Mil/year in software and services
*  Ability to assume a consultative style when presenting ideas and products
*  Competency with sales tracking tools
*  Outstanding oral and written communication skills
*  Must be detail oriented and capable of accurate work with minimal supervision
*  Good track record of sales success, company tenure and consistent high level performance
*  Readiness to travel extensively
*  Enjoy hunting new business and winning new accounts
*  Desire to be with an organization long-term, career minded sales professionals only

Salary:  $70k - 90k Base - DOE
OTE:  $180k uncapped commissions  
Base Locations: Philadelphia Area
