Responsibilities:

• Supervising on daily sales recruitment activities and licensing registration/de-registration issues
• Building partnership relationship with headhunters or bank associates as well as establishing various recruitment reports to facilitate management decisions

Requirements:

• Degree or above
• 3 years or above sales recruitment experience in finance industry with 1 year at supervisory level
• Working knowledge of HKFI & HKMA licensing registration requirement/procedures and CPD requirements
• Excellent presentation, influencing, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Preference will be given to candidates who can report immediately

Candidates with less experience or qualification may be considered for the position of “Deputy Manager”
