Telecommunications Analyst (Avaya)
Must be highly knowledgeable in voice communications, PBX and voice mail and audio conference bridge support and have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Demonstrated technical experience with an Avaya PBX and voice mail system, including the following technologies: Communication Manager 5.X, S87XX servers, Modular Messaging 5.0 or greater, S34XX Servers, E-CAS (CDR), Avaya Integrated Management, VoIP, SIP and Avaya Meeting Exchange 5.X servers.
Demonstrate experience creating and maintaining diagrams of network and/or circuit connectivity and architecture and demonstrate field technician experience in the installation, testing, repair, and maintenance of voice and data cabling systems and equipment.
Call center experience preferred
