Position Specifics:
- Two roles:
- Geo role covering AZ, NV, UT
- Named Account Mgr in NorCAL or possibly AZ
- Comp Plan: $105k Base / $230k OTE
- ASP = ~$1.4M + maintenance
- Quota : $2.2M-$2.5M
- Top Earners making $500k+
- Territory includes Install base, maintenance, and license renewals
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ Years Experience selling Enterprise Software, ideally IT Systems / Network Management, Identity & Access Management, and/or IT Compliance solutions
- MUST have a history of selling multiple deals over $1M
- Hunter / Farmer mix
- Must know territory pretty well
- Partner experience and relationships is a plus. (Accuvant, etc...)
