Job Description

Twenty Recruitment are currently helping a prestigious consulting firm recruit a number of Salesforce opportunities across the United States.

 

We have been asked to find Consultants, Admins, Developers, Managers and Practice Leads as our client rapidly grows.

 

In this role you will be required to define the desired customer experience through customer and market insight; to align customer service channels, non-sales workforce, and other parts of the business with overall growth objectives to develop a well-conceived customer service strategy; to leverage people, processes, and technology to establish a culture, commitment, and infrastructure that supports the service strategy; and to identify and remedy billing and other performance issues that lead to customer dissatisfaction.

 

For this role you will be expected to have knowledge of the customer service/call center functions with additional knowledge of marketing and sales and considerable knowledge in at least one of the following focus areas: customer relationship management; call rep desktop applications; CTI; IVR; single view of customer data; call center benchmarking and metrics; change management; call center redesign and/or benchmarking.

 

You should be degree educated with a minimum of 3 years experience in Salesforce.com and have experience with Enterprise Marketing, Sales, Channel Management or Service and Support. You should have a background of transformational implementations for large companies and should be Salesforce Certified.

 

Finally you must have completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations and strong communication and consulting skills. You must also be prepared to travel up to 80% of the time.
