Twenty Recruitment have been seconded to recruit a number of Senior or Lead SalesForce Consultants for a prestigious, technology-focused consulting firm.
Our client is looking for candidates to either be based permanently in New York or be willing to travel nationwide if from other parts of the country.
In this internationally-renowned company, you will be part of a rapidly expanding Salesforce practice, which is fast-becoming an industry leader.
You will act as a Senior or Lead Salesforce Developer alongside technical, functional and industry specialists to assist with the development, implementation and integration of innovative system solutions using different methods, techniques and tools. You will be expected to provide timely and responsive value added services and work products and use individual functional/technical knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction.
As a Senior or Lead Consultant you should be able to use your ability as a developer together with the skills of an analyst. You should be able to provide technical expertise in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging. You should also possess skills which focus on solution design, workflow implementation, complex customizations, and data loading.
To successfully apply for this role, you should have at least 2 full lifecycle SalesForce.com implementations and 2 years of industry or consulting experience under your belt. You must have extensive experience developing within SalesForce.com and an understanding of migrating from sandbox through to production.
Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate experience in implementing multistep approval workflows and escalations to automate business processes and have experience with the Force.com web services API. You should also have experience of working within the VisualForce framework and creation and management of Apex classes.
Finally, you should have strong communication skills and be happy working with all levels of a business.
