Process Engineer - X-Ray Tubes - Direct Hire

This position will be responsible for the oversight and control of process associated with building X-Ray tubes and similar products and the transition of new products into production.

Must have the following minimum experience and/or background:

• Gather raw data and process that data into a meaningful form using tools such as – Flow charts – Pareto charts – Control charts, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in Process Engineering (including X-Ray tube exp.)
• Understand process capability and variability and be able to create a DOE matrix and interpret the results.
• Demonstrated ability to create and utilize FMEAs.
• Hands on engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical engineering
• Six Sigma and/or Lean manufacturing experience a plus
