About the Job
We are looking for an Account Manager / Recruiter to manage our recruitment and staffing sales process for the South Florida Area. The potential candidate will develop and manage a business client base by focusing on placing candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent job openings in the Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology industries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Consult with companies HR decision makers to identify staffing needs
• Assist in the recruitment process for clients: post job openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and complete the hiring process, as needed
• Developing a Business Development strategy
• Assist in finding candidates by posting jobs on various internet job posting sites
• Maintaining client tracking system
• Scheduling and conducting phone and face to face sales presentations
• Reporting on candidate statuses to clients
• Preparing and presenting offers to clients and candidates as needed
• Implementing the recruitment strategy for each job opening
• Make calls to active passive candidates and clients and network with professionals
Skills/Qualifications
• 2+ years' experience with recruitment or staffing sales
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Social Media and Internet applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
