Workstation Support Analyst (closed)
Contract Length: 1 year with possible extensions
Location: Columbia, SC must be local or willing to relocate for contract period
Pay rate: $21/hour

Our client has an immediate need for an analyst level candidate that will be providing 2nd level desktop support and analysis. Analyst will handle incidents being generated from the Windows 7 rollout. Must have strong background supporting break/fix and service requests as well as projects.
Requirements:
- A+ is required
- 2 years 2nd level desktop and analysis experience supporting Microsoft Desktop, Hardware/Printers, and Microsoft Office/Desktop
- Large enterprise support experience supporting over 1000 users is highly desired
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Configure and install software and hardware for IT users. Learn to identify proper documented procedures and scripts used for troubleshooting problems. Assist in rollout and installation of new software packages, upgrades, and new desktop hardware. Maintain desktop hardware and software. Configure and install software and hardware for IT users; desktops and laptops.
