<ROLE>

Development of Core Risk Technology software components used in the management of front-office, middle-office, and firm-wide risk management applications. Will work as part of a team of developers designing, coding and testing components and bootstrapping the building of applications.

The application will leverage a new strategic front-to-back cross-asset pricing, position and risk management sales and trading platform being rolled out across global markets. This new platform features a high-performance, globally synchronized object database and a flexible scripting environment based on Python.

Will interact closely with quantitative analysts, front office, middle office and other technology teams throughout the development process.

<REQUIRED>

Technical degree and 3-7 years work experience in software development focused on Python, C++, Java.

<DESIRED>

Knowledge of financial derivatives and risk management.

Some experience in dynamic scripting or functional programming languages (e.g. Ruby, Perl, Haskell, Erlang).
