Oversees Project Management Office

•   Maintains and   updates Project Management methodology
•   Maintains   dotted line reporting responsibility of the all IT Project Managers
•   Meets with   Project Managers to ensure compliance to all components of IT Project   Management methodology
•   Stays abreast   of current methodologies
•   Attends project   management conferences and training sessions

Oversees Contract Management

•   Ensures all IT   contracts are organized and saved in a central environment
•   Works in   conjunctions with IT leadership to ensure contracts comply with minimum IT   standards
•   Manages   contract renewal process
•    

Oversees Budget Planning and Forecasting Process

•   Develops IT   budget timeline in accordance with corporate budget process timelines
•   Coordinates IT   leadership meetings to assemble consolidated IT budget
•   Collects   actuals reports from Finance; updates budget to actuals reports
•   Coordinates   reforecast with IT leadership on a monthly basis

Oversees IT Asset Management

•   Manages   database of IT assets, ensuring compliance to license counts and   implementation

Effectively communicates across the enterprise

•   Coordinates the   communication of status of key IT projects with IT and business   leadership.

Education:

•   Bachelor Degree   in MIS or Computer Science

Experience &   Background:

•   5+ Years   experience with IT Management and Administration
  •   Extensive   experience in multiple Information Technology functions in a mid to large   size corporate retail environment (>$250 million).
  •   Management of   projects with geographically disperse systems and staff
  •   Department   level Budgeting and Planning
  •   Project   Management & Methodology
