3PL General Manager needed ASAP for client in New Jersey.  Must have at least 10 years of 3PL GM experience including direct to consumer.  Please see additional requirements below:

• Live within commutable distance of Trenton, NJ.
• 10 years of experience as a General Manager in a distribution environment.
• At least 5 years of current experience managing a 3PL direct to consumer account.
• Current experience interacting with customer including the account's executive staff.
• Start-up experience including site selection and build out.
• Bachelor's degree at a minimum.  MBA is highly desired.

You must be able to start within 2 weeks from offer and interview immediately.  All candidates must complete a pre-screening interview with the Vaco recruiting team and provide at least 6 current professional references.
