Data Integrity Processing Specialist 

 

Provide technical support to internal and external business partners by maintaining the accuracy, quality and reconciliation of production data. Provide technical support to internal and external business partners by maintaining the accuracy, quality and reconciliation of production data.

 

Deliverables: Responsible for data maintenance inquiries and error resolution of client/carrier discrepancy reports for data interfaces. Identify and analyze trends in vendor errors. Identify root cause and determine appropriate course of action to resolve error. Assist in Audit/Monitoring files/processes for accuracy and quality. Assist in implementation of process improvement opportunities. Collaborate with vendors to ensure all EDI files are loaded appropriately and accurately.

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong information gathering, analytical thinking, and problem solving ability
• Work independently in a task oriented environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a time sensitive environment
• Ability to think and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Textpad, Ultraedit, Visio and MS Project preferred
• Experience with following client platforms preferred: CobraServ, EV1, Transit, CIBP, or RS systems along with client policies and procedures
• Strong team orientation skills
