The Turner & Townsend funding advisory services team provides technical due diligence advice to a wide range of funders active in the commercial property lending market and the PPP market. We have provided bespoke due diligence services on projects from a wide range of sectors including residential, industrial, office, retail, leisure, data centres, education, health, roads, fire stations, courts, police HQ buildings and are looking to expand our services into the infrastructure market with a focus on nuclear, renewable, transport (rail), waste and telecoms.

ROLE:

We are seeking a strong individual, to join our growing team, with experience in at least two of these targeted growth areas. The successful candidate will be professionally qualified, be able to demonstrate experience of advising funders lending to infrastructure projects and be capable of directly advising our clients and preparing due diligence and monitoring reports. In addition the successful applicant will be required to develop client relationships and drive the expansion of service delivery into the infrastructure market.
