JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The SharePoint Architect will use Microsoft technologies in deployed solutions. The SharePoint Architect has extensive experience and works with full product lifecycle methodologies including: Planning, Design, Architecture, Documentation, Testing, and SharePoint Governance/Best Practices. The SharePoint Architect has experience and works with administration of SharePoint Sites: Permissions, Lists/Libraries, Central Administration, and User support. The SharePoint Architect is familiar with all SharePoint features, SharePoint 2010 Service Applications (SSP for 2007), installation of SharePoint features and solutions, and has good client interfacing skills, written and verbal.

LOCATION: Washington, DC

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Need to obtain Public Trust

SCHEDULE: Full Time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Windows Server Environments: Windows Servers, IIS, SQL and Client Server Environments/Web Applications
• Knowledge of Enterprise Networks and configurations: TCP/IP, Load Balancing, Failover
• Experience installing SharePoint 2007 and 2010
• Experience managing SharePoint Server Farms
• Experience with STSAdm and PowerShell Commands
• Experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath
