Oracle 11g Developer

We have an immediate opportunity for an Oracle 11g Developer to work with our F500 client in the Smithfield, RI area. 

Primary Responsibilities:

•           Database Development, primarily in Oracle PL/SQL.

•           Shell programming in Linux.

•           Create Technical specs, Unit test cases, Transition and Operational Documents.

Qualifications:

•           Database development experience, predominantly in Oracle.

•           Experience in Oracle 11g.

•           Knowledge of Microsoft .NET environment and ODP.NET data access methods.

Skills and Knowledge:

•           Proven experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.

•           Experience with a structured application development methodology, using any industry standard Software Development Lifecycle.

•           Ability to clearly interpret business requirements into efficient code and communicate results.

•           Excellent written and oral communication skills.

•           Excellent problem-solving skills.
