Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics and Reporting (closed)
The Senior Analyst, Analytics and Reporting is responsible for direct mail, email, and online marketing campaign analysis, insights, and reporting for assigned clients.
The role serves as a key Analytics and Reporting team member in measuring performance of marketing initiatives and making proactive recommendations that deliver the key performance goals of the agency's clientele.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Prepares reporting and analysis documents for direct mail, email, online marketing campaigns including SEM, organic and paid search, display, as well as site analytics Coordinates closely with Strategy and Campaign Execution groups to ensure that campaigns are designed and configured to support analytics objectives
-Authors detailed reporting briefs based on strategic direction, identifying appropriate metrics for the campaign/program, measurement process and output requirements
-Prepares and maintains detailed project schedules that factor all department and vendor deliverables
-Provides input on data-driven marketing strategies
-Implements reporting projects / initiatives and manages them to timely completion
-Participates and presents analysis and reporting results in strategy meetings & client presentations, as required
-Proactively sources, evaluates and recommends new digital tools and applications in support of advancing the agency's capabilities
-Oversees activities of vendors utilized to support assigned projects ensuring accurate and on-time delivery within prices quoted
-Provide input on improving departmental processes and prepares documentation on department processes as required
-Maintains project databases and other department tools in a timely manner
SKILL SET/KNOWLEDGE:
-Database marketing reporting and analytics experience
-Creative problem solving and analytic skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent relevant experience
-Minimum of 3 years experience in reporting/analytic work on direct mail, email, and online marketing campaigns
-Minimum of 3 years experience working with consumer databases and exposure to data-driven marketing programs
-Significant report creation experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Cognos, BusSiness Objects, MicroStrategy)
-Significant experience with online tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, DoubleClick DART, Omniture,
-Prefer experience with social monitoring and measurement tools
-Significant proficiency with database query tools and applications such as SQL, Access, FoxPro
-Advanced skills with Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
