Full-Time sales Reps are offered an average base salary of $40-$50K depending on experience. Base salaries can quickly be increased to as much as $60K by hitting sales goals. There are no ceilings on commissions. Automobile and cell phone allowances are also paid. Average first year income is $75-$95k and second year income is typically $100k+
