Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing proposed logistics for Roadshow schedules
  • Drafting invitations
  • Arranging travel/accommodation, including flights, ground transportation, hotel bookings, visa applications etc for
    management of Corporates
  • Booking meeting venues (internal and external), confirming full arrangements and organizing audiovisual equipment
    when required
  • Arranging Conf Calls
  • On-site management of events where necessary
  • Arranging production and delivery of presentation material
  • Arranging Salesforce Presentations
  • Processing of invoices

 

Skills and experience required:

  • 2-3 years previous Roadshow experience within the financial sector is required - ideally investment banking
  • Excellent organizational, written and oral communication and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to use initiative and forward plan
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines while managing a large number of projects running
    concurrently
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and to think ahead
  • Flexible and willing to work long hours where necessary
  • Enthusiastic and motivated team player
  • Strong computer skills
