We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Director for our Pharmaceutical company in Kent, the purpose of the role is to offer leadership of company supply chain planning processes to meet the needs of the business and those of the customers. You will be the lead for sales and operations planning process, and create achievable production plans that meet customer demand and internal considerations of resource and materials planning.

Duties:

• Leadership of planning / procurement department
• Shelf life planning
• Packaging design process
• Management of third party service providers
• Operations point of contact for commercial activities
• Co-ordination of entire shipping process
• Leadership of Clinical Trial Supplies department

Essential Experience:

• Supply Chain professional with experience in a senior position within a Pharmaceutical environment
• Experience of establishing robust supply chain processes in an evolving business
• Third party contract management
• Clinical Trial Supplies experience would be advantageous
