SUMMARY:  This position develops and executes the procurement/sourcing strategy for the organization with specific emphasis on the quality, sustainability, and reliability of the supply base to meet the organizations long term growth goals.  This position leads and directs the total cost, quality, material inventory, and service level of the procurement and scheduling function by leading global supply management activities.
