Our client has an immediate need for 20 Inside Sales Professionals immediately!!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Representatives will be tasked with growing their book of business through developing new business, maintaining/deepening existing customer relationships, and providing quality leads to other channels.
Small Business Customer Contact strategy consists of three different call types - New Account Follow UP, Call Cycle, and Leads/Messages.
Will be tasked with getting through to the Decision Maker by understanding how to get through the Gate Keeper and utilize the Influencer and User to help close the business.
Outbound Sales Representatives will determine the customer's shipping profile to earn business or will forward the lead to the appropriate channel.
Will engage customers in a consultative manner in order to develop value propositions that meet their needs, increase volume from existing customers and acquire volume from new customers.
All contacts with current or potential clients must be documented for the purpose of evaluating the database and pipeline management.
Job performance will be measured through a variety of related sales metrics. The quality and method of work must be completed in accordance with the company's core values. Other related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required, college experience or industry experience preferred.
Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills.
Ability to quickly develop relationships with decision makers and utilize influencers and users.
Ability to identify new business opportunities.
Superior active listening skills.
Excellent customer service skills and a consultative sales approach.
Self starter with ability to meet deadlines in a high stress environment.
Strong decision making abilities in an autonomous environment.

Type a minimum of 30 words per min.
Familiarity with basic use of voice mail and electronic mail systems.
Minimum 1 year solid sales experience with B2B preferred, not including retail sales experience
Proven sales track record.
Must have perseverance and be open to make multiple calls to decision makers.
