This is an outstanding opportunity to get into an OEM within the 'medical' industry. This position is titled Process Technician but the functions and pay range are more aligned with a Process Engineering role. The major difference here will be that this person will not be as involved with the New Product Development stages of a program. He/She will focus more time troubleshooting on the floor with existing processes while teaching/training/mentoring the (not so senior) technicians on the principles of Decoupled/Scientific Molding.
