Sales Manager / Hunter - (ERP / ECM) - SEA & HK
Our Client, with its Headquarter in Singapore, specializes in consulting, implementation and operation of ECM and ERP solutions in the key areas of document management and business process optimization, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business in Hong Kong and SEA region.
You will be the key driver for Business. You are likely to be someone dynamic, who takes pride and responsibilities with regards to driving sales for the Company with the backing of the local HQ and Main office back in Europe.
- Lead sales engagements across industries and the SE Asia region.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying and closing client sales.
- Develop deep understanding of and relationship with key partner organizations.
- Work with pre-sales and professional services teams to develop responses to RFP and RFI.
- Present solutions to senior C-level decisions-makers
- Research and analyze sales trends and opportunities in target vertical and geographical markets.
- Generate business opportunities for other vertical and geographical markets.
- Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably higher.
- At least eight years of sales experience in the ECM or ERP markets in Singapore.
- Knowledge and understanding of major ECM and ERP enterprise software solution providers.
- Successful track record of full sales cycle, from developing pipeline, identifying and contacting clients, to closing sale.
- High level of orientation towards business excellence and customer service.
- Familiarity with solution selling approach
- Confident, highly energetic and mature leader, willing to do hands-on work, adapt to changing requirements, and significant regional travel.
- Outstanding English language communication and presentation skills, Mandarin language skills desirable.
