The BOSS Group is partnering with an organization in Dallas, TX to find a Campaign Manager to join their team. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about building paid search marketing strategies in an entrepreneurial environment where you can make an immediate impact. The Campaign Manager will work with clients and vendors to ensure advertiser's media buys are implemented perfectly. You will be responsible for trafficking, troubleshooting and launching online media campaigns using your expertise of ad operations, project management and client service.

Duties Include:

• Implement and manage distinct paid search campaigns across various engines and geographies
• Traffic ad creative using various agency ad serving systems and platforms
• Provide quality assurance on creative assets
• Gather data from the company's various sources to ensure consistent and continual optimization of campaigns
• Guide and nurture external and internal relationships with partners and customers
• Communicate campaign performance and progress to external and internal partners and customers
• Manage partnership with search engines and agencies to optimize search marketing campaigns
• Ensure tracking data is used effectively to benefit the campaign
• Produce and distribute management reporting ensuring all are aware of campaign performance trends
• Help define and clarify paid search strategy and best practices

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of ad operations and/or account/project management experience
• Background with a major advertiser, agency, digital publisher or ad technology company
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of direct client facing experience
• Previous experience with a sales organization
• Knowledge of digital ad formats, rich media functionality and ad serving methodology
• Experience with various ad trafficking and performance systems
• Prior experience implementing video, SEM, mobile and social media campaigns
• Proven success as a project and team leader
