My client is looking for energetic talent to lead the Sales agents, assist in regular coaching, as well as handle the various day to day activities.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of telesales outbound experience selling B2B products (as a sales rep)
- 2-5 years of managing an outbound telesales team selling B2B products
- Post secondary education preferred but not a must have.
- Strong coaching background with the ability to motivate and encourage staff
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role, in an outbound Sales environment (B2B preferred)
- Experience in a Sales & Service background
- Enthusiastic, positive but able to hold agents accountable
- Ability to create a sales culture within the team
- Proven track record with Sales and Service, month over month
- SMART Goal setting experience is an asset
Competencies
- Must be articulate with professional mannerisms
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to coach as well as be coached
- Strong time management skills
- Strong oral communication skills a must
- Strong Leadership skills is a must
- Goal oriented with the ability to inspire a team
