Outbound Sales Team Leader

My client is looking for energetic talent to lead the Sales agents, assist in regular coaching, as well as handle the various day to day activities.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of telesales outbound experience selling B2B products (as a sales rep)
• 2-5 years of managing an outbound telesales team selling B2B products
• Post secondary education preferred but not a must have.

• Strong coaching background with the ability to motivate and encourage staff
• Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role, in an outbound Sales environment (B2B preferred)
• Experience in a Sales & Service background
• Enthusiastic, positive but able to hold agents accountable
• Ability to create a sales culture within the team
• Proven track record with Sales and Service, month over month
• SMART Goal setting experience is an asset

Competencies

• Must be articulate with professional mannerisms
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to coach as well as be coached
• Strong time management skills

• Strong oral communication skills a must
• Strong Leadership skills is a must
