Position: Contact Centre - Sales & Service Supervisor
If you are energetic and have a passion for leading teams – we want t hear from you.
In your role as Supervisor , you will report to the Contact Centre Manager. You will handle day to day tasks with the agents as well as assisting in regular coaching.
- Strong coaching background with the ability to motivate and encourage staff
- Minimum 4 years experience in a leadership role
- Experience in a Sales & Service background
- Enthusiastic, positive but able to hold agents accountable
- Ability to create a sales culture within the team
- Proven track record with Sales and Service, month over month
- SMART Goal setting experience is an asset
- College diploma or degree preferred
- Must be articulate with professional mannerisms
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to coach as well as be coached
- Strong time management skills
- Must bring enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude to the workplace!
