- Insure that the 30 Connected backup servers remain online and fully functioning .
- Insure that we continue to meet a high percentage of desktop backup successes.
- Insure that Critical Legal Hold users are fully audited and supported for desktop backups
- Assist with Software upgrades Monitor backup services on a daily basis Assist team with operational issues specific to the service Work with DMG, SQL, ITOC, ITCS and other teams to help support the backup service Communicate with Management the health of the system
- Windows Administrative Skills
- 6 Years SQL Data Base Skills
- Basic understanding Desktop or Server backup experience
- 2-4 years Help Desk or Field services support experience
- Bachelor's of Computer Science or Engineering - Preferred
