Our client, based in the Orange County Area, is looking for a Senior Accountant with minimum 5-8+ years experience in a real estate (REIT) or property management company. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills are a must. The salary for this position is commensurate with experience but is in the range of $75-90,000 base and bonus and good benefits.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business.
- CPA and Yardi are a big plus
- 5-8+ years real estate property management experience REQUIRED, REIT experience HIGHLY preferred.
