• ERP Implementation experience - MS Dynamics a plus
• Hands-on SQL - oversee others

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Directs information management budgeting, strategic and tactical planning, business process re-engineering, and database system strategy.
• Oversees planning and implementation of all business information systems, such as sales, customer operations, and internal communications.
• Directs the information strategy of the company based on forecasting information from senior management.
• Sets the overall direction of internal business systems.
• Identifies user needs and directs building of MIS teams to work across all levels of the organization.
• Serves as primary corporate spokesperson for information management.
• Explores new technologies for future planning and potential implementation.
• Interfaces with industry on information management and information technology matters.

Overall Responsibilities for ongoing support and new projects including

IT Support of over 100+ servers, 500+ endpoints, 500+ users in Atlanta, California and remote, Phone system, wireless devices, CRM, Microsoft Dynamics development, implementation and support, Sharepoint, Virtualization, and additional projects

Supervisory Responsibilities

Indirectly supervises team of 3, supporting over 700 people in Atlanta and California. 

 Directly supervises:

• ERP Manager
• Hardware/Support Manager
• Sharepoint Manager

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and five to seven years related experience and/or training.
• 5+ years experience in a managerial capacity with:
  • Manufacturing background a must
  • ERP Implementation experience - MS Dynamics a plus
  • Hands-on SQL - knowledge and ability to direct and oversee others
  • Technical Direction - overseeing other managers
  • Budgeting experience
• Excellent communications skills including the ability to write and present to groups and board of directors
