Our client located in Brampton is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to add to their growing team.

In an office environment, you will be responsible for:

          Providing excellent support to their internal and external business customers

          Answering dealers inquiries regarding products and its specifications

          Supporting technicians, helping them solving problems

          Assisting business clients with product selection

          Any other duties as required

The ideal candidate will possess:

          Fluently Bilingual in French and English

          Previous order desk/client support experience

          A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience dealing with tangible product

          Post-Secondary education

          Excellent knowledge of MS Office

          A friendly attitude, a team player and a quick learner is essential
