We are looking for a solid Network Engineer with a strong knowledge of networking protocols, routers, and switches. You will be working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

As a Software Engineer Sr. you will be a part of the HR Technology group, which is responsible for performing application software development for system enhancements in PeopleSoft HRMS. As an integral part of this dynamic and progressive team, you will assess and determine design considerations, which include application programs that contain the business logic, and possibly support application software development for system enhancement requests of a complex nature. Responsibilities encompass other aspects of project development including system testing, system debugging, problem resolution and documentation of software modifications.

The incumbent must possess a thorough set of system design and development techniques that follow company standards and methodology. This individual may work independently and be responsible for application system design, coding and interface effectively with all management levels and user areas. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate effective research, efficient problem solving, and strong communication skills. The candidate must also possess excellent skills in managing multiple tasks and be a highly motivated, energetic individual that enjoys being challenged.

The successful Software Engineer Sr will have the following qualifications:

• 4-7 years PeopleSoft experience
• Posses an expert and thorough understanding of IT concepts including database concepts structures, software/application development techniques and testing techniques.

• Expert and thorough understanding of core technologies contained within the module being supported

• PeopleSoft 8.5 or higher (HRMS, Payroll, ePay, eProfile, ePerformance, eCompensation, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Person of Interest, Variable Compensation)

PeopleSoft Skills:

• PeopleTools 8.5 or higher
• App Engine
• Application Messaging
• Componenet Interface
• SQR/SQL
