Scope of Services and Deliverables - The Services and Deliverables to be provided will include the following:

1. Create test strategy and plan – unit, system integration, user acceptance and performance testing; 2. Create test data set and test id’s for all test cases and test scripts; 3. Setup of test environment with test data and test id’s; 4. Develop test cases and test script suite including automation scripts; 5. Daily defect status reports during the acceptance testing cycles; 6. Document defect reports and store in the Cluster’s defect reporting tool during the acceptance testing cycles for assigned test cases and test scripts; 7. Obtain acceptance and approval by the Client and/or Cluster for all assigned deliverables; 8. Provide weekly report confirming status of the assigned tasks; 9. Develop test scenarios; assess user acceptance test requirements, identify and evaluate feasibility of various user acceptance test options and the impact of these options on I&IT service delivery; 10. Develop and recommend options for user acceptance test database structure and standards for data management; 11. Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for the resolution of application problems.

Skill Set Requirements: 1. Experience in developing and conducting all types of tests of n-tier computer applications having multiple integration points 2. Experience in creating automated test scripts using Interactive tools e.g. HP®, IBM® Rational®, such as Quick Test Pro (QTP), Rational ClearQuest®; 3. Experience in using database query tools e.g. Toad®; 4. Experience in developing SQL queries using a database query tool or SQL native code; 5. Knowledge / experience with at least one computer programming language, Lotus Notes Domino, and / or Geographic Information Systems / Keyhole Markup Language (GIS / KML) application architecture 6. Knowledge and understanding of testing methods in an SOA environment 7. Experience with enterprise wide IT testing in a multi-tiered archiecture
