Xpect SVC (www.xpectsvc.com) has an excellent opportunity for a Security Operations Lead with a stable and growing company with national brand recognition.

This is a Direct-Hire position in Alpharetta, salaried between $85,000 - $100,000 + great benefits!

In this position, you will be responsible for leading and managing a Tier 1 security team responding to identifying, investigating, resolving security incidents in a mixed enterprise level Windows-Linux environment. Ideal candidates will have a blended background of hands-on IT Security experience (Intrusion Detection, Scanning/Threat/Vulnerability Assessments) and experience working in an Audit Heavy environment (HIPPA, SOX, PCI, SAS-70, etc...).

This opportunity will allow leading and growing an existing team of Tier 1 Security Analysts, overseeing escalation of issues with appropriate.

Current CISSP Certification or candidates actively pursuing their CISSP Certification preferred.

Required Experience:

• Resolves complex cross-platfom security problems
• Performs miscellaneous technical and administrative tasks in support of the security architecture
• Reset passwords in Active Directory and internal applications
• Monitor Security infrastructure for security events
• Analyze event data to determine incident and escalation paths
• Experience with as many of the following platforms as possible:
• Anti-virus, Firewalls, Active Directory, IDP/IDS, Database Activity Monitoring, File System Activity Monitoring, Web Application Firewalls, Web filtering, DLP systems
