Projects Organisation Development Recruitment Lead
Short description of project/assignment:
The Organisation Development Recruitment Lead, reporting to the project Manager is a key position during the manning of the new, permanent and Project organisations.
Build up on the Projects organizational construct and identify specific competence requirements. Based on the positions that need to be filled in the new organization; ensure that the new job descriptions support overall strategy and plan. Arrange approach to internal and external recruitment. Liaise with the Integration Team Leader and prioritize the work according to organization and overall plan. Identify minimum Safety Critical roles for the organisation. Manage personnel activities such as competence assurance, hiring, and introduction in cooperation with the Recruitment Coordinator and Human Resources. The hires will be both Staff as well as Agency personnel. Other specific areas of responsibility may also be assigned, dependent on the individual?s skill set and overall workload.
Formal Skills requirements:
Proven track record on leading organisational build up within Oil & Gas Industry, ideally related to Projects
Ability to promote open and effective communication
Ability to work under pressure
Takes initiative and shows flexibility
Ability to work in a multi-functional team.
Engineering/Organisational/Management/HR degree or equivalent.
Extensive and relevant experience might compensate for formal education
English - Fluent
