Rails Web Developers

   • You’ll need expertise with Ruby on Rails and Javascript. You need to know and use their best practices too.

   • You may prefer Front or Back-end development but you can pitch in at any layer – and do.

   • You have a strong understanding of how real people use technology and a desire to make it better.

   • You excel in a collaborative, agile team environment.

   • You make sound logical decisions in a fast paced startup setting.

   • You have a github account, work samples, a personal website and/or blog to share.
