OVERVIEW

• The Wholesale Execution Business PM is responsible for actively leading, managing, and implementing the most complex projects or programs independently that address Wholesale strategies and initiatives and/or corporate-wide initiatives.   
• Critical projects are aimed at accomplishing broad, long-term strategic objectives such as enhancing revenue, improving quality and/or efficiency, improving the lending process, affecting cost savings, advancing technological development, impacting talent management, advancing teammate capabilities, implementing new product initiatives, or other strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Candidates for the Wholesale Execution Business PM role will not only provide traditional project management (e.g. Project Charter, Project Plans, Critical Issues Logs, etc), but will also be actively engaged as a change agent, responsible for setting project priorities, goals and strategies with Senior Managers.   
• The Wholesale Execution Business PM will often drive project content being comfortable in various disciplines such as process improvement, data analysis, and facilitation.  
• They will need strong communications and interpersonal skills to deal with the most senior members of the Wholesale organization. Ultimately, the Wholesale Execution Business PM will be responsible for the results of the project or program.  
• The Wholesale Execution Business PM will also be required to contribute to the development of the Enterprise Execution Services practice which could include developing methodologies and tools, enhancing the knowledge base, coaching and mentoring teammates or refining internal processes.

REQUIREMENTS/BACKGROUND

•             A minimum of 7 years of successful Project/Change Management experience. 

•             Recognized as an expert corporate consultant in multiple disciplines.

•             Demonstrated ability to lead and coach others.

•             Knowledge of Wholesale/Business/Retail Banking and related industry.

•             Technology related project work.

•             Financial/General Ledger/Accounting systems and reporting experience.

•             Experience managing a segment of the project work. 

•             Excels in problem-solving, partnership, communications, persuasion, and negotiation. 

•             Strong knowledge of MS Office.

•             Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

•             PMP Certification

•             MBA

•             Experience in internal or external consulting organizations
