SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Technical Team Lead for our front end development group. The ideal candidate will have a history of utilizing new and exciting front-end web development technologies to find creative and ingenious solutions for websites, as well as social  and mobile sites & apps. Expertise in front end web development and an understanding of server-side technology and architecture will be needed in order to manage development teams, create proofs of concepts, prototypes, and reference builds of new functionalities and behaviors, and drive Front-end development projects to completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead Front-End development of multiple projects
• Communicate and interact directly with clients and across teams from IT, to business development, and marketing
• Scope and estimate project work accurately
• Work closely across disciplines in Front-End & UI engineering and architecture.

REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST HAVE UNRESTRICTED AUTHORIZATION TO WORK WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
• Mastery and deep knowledge of multiple Front-End & User Interface technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, Ajax architecture, JavaScript & various JS frameworks
• Knowledge of server-side programming languages (Java, PHP, etc.)
• Experience leading teams of Front-End developers on website, mobile web, and interactive web projects.

$120K – $150K Base Salary, Excellent Benefits, Employee Stock Options, and more!
