SAP CRM/SD Analyst / Developer
This is our direct-client opening for an SAP CRM/SD Analyst/Developer located in Irvine, CA. This is a full-time position and the salary is $115-120K + 8-10% Bonus
Relocation assistance is provided for non-local candidates.
This position is responsible for support of SAP Order Management processes with focus on SD and CRM modules. Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, emerging markets and other business users to identify and analyze user requirements, recommend modifications, lead enhancement projects, and provide on-going production support. This role requires order-to-cash business process expertise and understanding of integrated SAP end-to-end processes with concentration in sales, distribution, customer relationship management, retail and ecommerce. Business knowledge of apparel & footwear industry is highly desirable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, implement and support SAP Order Management solutions integrated with Retail, POS and eCommerce solutions.
Support integration between SAP ECC and CRM Order Management modules.
Analyze customer service, sales, and marketing user needs, determine possible solutions and perform SD and CRM configuration changes to accommodate change requests.
Create and maintain SD and CRM configuration documentation.
Research, analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures to define the best SAP system solutions and map them to SAP functionality.
Troubleshoot, identify the source of production problems and own resolution of issues pertaining to SAP SD and CRM modules. Document system problem resolution for future reference.
Prototype activities and prepare functional design specifications for enhancement projects and change requests. Work with developers in completing technical work to meet these specifications.
Analyze project proposals to identify potential problem areas and recommend optimum approaches for project path.
Offer improvement suggestions for increased efficiency through SAP configuration knowledge.
