Job Description

Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the showroom. Effectively communicate
appointment policy. Prepare literature packages. Manage central appointment
book. Manage sign-in book. Answer incoming calls. Assist with showroom
administrative duties as time permits. Maintain literature levels. Promote
appointment process Guide customers to better understand our process. Strive to increase knowledge of entire product. Help showroom consultants as needed. Facilitate acceptable level of
service and communication with customers. Work Saturday and evening schedules
as required. Assist with physical inventory. Responsible for appearance of
showroom
