POSITION:             Process Associate/Process Developer

BAND :                   Entry Level

SHIFT TIMINGS:   8AM-5PM

EXPERIENCE :      1-3 Yrs of relevant experience after education

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Report

KEY OUTPUTS & TASKS

      Provide accurate and Cash Cycle related reports and analysis to relevant

      markets and appropriate Cash Cycle teams on time (Including managementinformation and interna leffectiveness  reports)

      Develop Cash Cycle reporting package and methods to support issue resolution and decision making

      Ensure adherence of quality and process controls (CARM and audit)

      Identify and understand the financial and operational impacts of the processes and reporting.

      Use appropriate communication channels and style

      The job holder may be instructed by his/her immediate superior to perform all

      tasks directly or indirectly related, additional or supplementary to the scope of

      duties defined in this role profile

Educational Experience

      Accounting, Finance or Business related course or certificate/degree

ESSENTIAL WORK EXPERIENCE

      Strong MS Office knowledge

      Speaks fluent English and market specific language knowledge

      Liaise with other teams, support issue resolution and ensure effective WoW

      Able to effectively prioritize incoming issues and build on acquired knowledge when making decisions in own area of responsibility

BENEFICAL WORK EXPERIENCE

        Prior experience in Cash Cycle process

        College or university Degree

        System skills (SAP knowledge, makro programming)

        Good knowledge of internal business partners
