Collect / prepare data on the client list and contacts who would be interested in our services
Track down interests shown by clients and convert them to sales opportunities.
Follow up with responsive / non responsive contacts for evincing interest in our services
Prepare presentations for Demonstrations on our services.
Responsible to develop and maintain a strong repository of data with all relevant information for repeatable use in Pre-sales requirements
Responsible to create Collaterals including whitepapers, presentations, case studies etc.
Expected to keep track of competition & be able to differentiate vis a vis the competitors.
Will be expected to understand clients requirements, grasp and present the vision, technical solutions and value propositions
Ensure that the proposed design and test solutions are aligned to clients business requirements
Should demonstrate clear success track record of putting together winning proposals
Preparing responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and other requests.
Should get continuously remain updated with latest trends & technologies, industry best practices & standards
Maintain cordial relations with Customers to sustain the profitability of the Business.
Prepare Funnel reports and attending various seminars and workshops.
Bid Management - Defining the proposal structure, Gathering and integrating content from contributing team members, Writing and editing required content with appropriate assistance from subject matter experts.
Experience : 3-4 years (From IT industry – e learning experience will be an added advantage)
