Job Description
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Defines, develops and manages the IT communication strategy, with a primary focus on senior management and executive level communication
  • Identifies audience and associated channels for communication
  • Develops and manages tools, templates and processes for communications
  • Copywrite and edit IT-related content for emails, presentations, newsletters and other communication vehicles
  • Manage multiple communication channels and associated content schedules
  • Defines and maintains a Share-point-based communication repository, including both internal group and public material
  • Acts as overall editor in chief for major IT-related communications
  • Acts as central point of contact between IT and external regulators to manage communication and exchange of audit, risk and control documentation
Experience: 

3-5 years project management or equivalent experience

3-5 years in Information Technology areas

Senior management or executive level presentation material development experience (2+ years preferred)

Financial Services Industry experience a plus but not required 

Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent grammar and style knowledge, both in writing and proof reading
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel and VISIO)
  • Basic HTML and Web skills
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • High initiative and high flexibility
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
