Description:

Manage client relationships through the implementation/delivery process to deliver on desired outcomes for client in conversion, net new, or add-on projects. • Coordinate resources in various departments (if applicable), schedule, install, test and deliver contracted products within scheduled timelines with a high degree of quality and customer satisfaction. • Through all, the Project Manager has a deep understanding of how interfaces will affect outcomes, and consults client through best practices to achieve outcomes. This includes a combination of following established procedures, and defining new procedures based on both internal and external inputs. • Receive work assignments that are broad in scope and define outcomes based on client inputs, applicable interfaces, and internal support teams and documents. • Provide weekly project status updates and follow-through to meet desire customer outcomes. • Apply knowledge of various banking and internet banking interfaces to define customized project goals/plans for client’s desired outcomes. • Consult clients on best practices for products as they apply to their client and/or outcomes and the products that are implemented as part of the project. • Prioritize work to support internal teams to complete setup and resolve any technical issues to ensure successful conversions and implementations. • Will be required to support conversion and merger projects during non-business hours or week-ends. • Build strong, trusting relationships with financial institution management • Thoroughly plan and scope projects developing business cases as necessary • Drive complex projects where little or no precedent may exist, requiring engagement with and accountability to business & functional group leaders • Drive multiple projects, often with non-aligned schedules and deliverables to completion • Ensure that each project delivers on time with high quality, ultimately driving high customer satisfaction • Partner with sales and marketing organization to maximize consumer adoption of offerings
• Continually look for opportunities to improve current processes and approaches and drive the implementation of these changes • Anticipate, proactively identify, document and manage key project risks and resource constraints. Propose appropriate mitigation and contingency plans across multiple projects. • Document and communicate objectives, plans, status, issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications: • BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience required. • A minimum of 4 years of project management experience, including the management of technical projects. • Experience in managing customer conversion and/or merger projects. • Experience in the use of structured project management methodologies. • Deep understanding of financial interfaces and CRM tools. • Database understanding expertise in ODBC, SQL, Excel and Access formats • Understanding of financial data, and how it applies to differing interfaces • Financial services industry experience is strongly preferred. • Customer relationship management experience – direct interaction with customer for whom projects are being managed • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. • Excellent organizational and planning skills. • Excellent multi tasking skills.
