A well-established Scottsdale- based private investment firm who acquires, develops and operates income properties is looking to bring on a Development Accountant to join the team.

This person will work with Property Managers to finalize monthly balance sheets and income statements for multiple income properties, as well as review monthly reconciliations to ensure general ledger integrity and produce and create monthly financial statements and budget variance reports on a quarterly basis.

To be a hero in this organization, the ideal candidate will be hands on and team oriented, have a degree in Accounting and have Construction/development accounting experience and have strong multi-tasking, problem solving skills and be an Excel guru. Multifamily experience is a must and a CPA are is plus!
