SAP COE Senior Service Process Analyst - Global Finance Transformation strategy seeks to consolidate multiple SAP COE organizations across AIG Business Units under a centralized Global SAP COE Organization and Operation standard in order to achieve run rate reduction and improve SAP Systems service efficiencies. Finance O&S has developed a Global Target Operating Service Model and Organizational Structure which encompass a number of Service Fulfillment Verticals with Multiple Service Fulfillment Work streams and process Work Centers and of specialized SAP Technology competencies with internal and external staffing responsibilities across a Globally distributed delivery model. Roll out implementation of the Global Model is targeted for January 2013 consulting resources are required to complement COE staff in defined the COE Service Process detail and maturity lifecycle objectives. Role is to support the SAP COE Service Vertical Lead in delivering SAP Service Work Streams and Work Center Process design and KPIs, maturity Lifecycle milestones and incremental objectives, process documentation and standard operation procedures and policy artifacts. 5-10 years experience in SAP Service Delivery, Experience in SAP Shared Service Process Design and re-engineering, experience as an SAP COE or Service Team Lead in a production support environment, ability to draft process documentation and standard oepration procedures and policies.
