Required Skills:

• Expert proficiency in multiple design software, including Photoshop
• A strong online portfolio displaying user-centered design
• Driven to lead a design team and propel us forward
• Passionate in regards to your work and executing it to perfection
• Responsible for the content layout, pixel-perfect visual appearance and usability design
• Expert knowledge of current web design trends and techniques
• Clear understanding of information architecture
• Sharp eye for concept and execution as well as production and business facets
• Exceptional client and people management skills
• Very organized and meticulous with tasks
• Experience in recognizing new design talent in a recruitment process
• Ability to see and communicate the creative vision to the team and the client

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience with commercial projects in an interactive agency setting
• Having led the design and conceptualization of several large-scale and small-scale interactive design projects
• Executing different design styles
• Ability to manage and mentor other designers
• Having managed client communication and presentations confidently
