Your key accountabilities:
- Strong foundation in technology-neutral programming concepts
- Experience with continuous integration in an Agile software development environment
- Awareness of Software Design Patterns/Principles (OO, SOLID)
- Microsoft (or other) certifications a plus (e.g. MCTS, MCPD)
- A 4+ year university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or computer engineering, or equivalent experience
Your background includes:

- 3+ years developing multi-tier web applications
Experience with most of the following technologies:
- ASP.NET 3.0+
- C# 3.0+
- Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Visual Studio 2005 and 2008
- SQL Server 2000, 2005, and knowledge of 2008
